Hybrid System Engineer at Hexagon

Hexagon is seeking a System Engineer. 

• Trouble shooting and maintenance of Hexagon software, technical support, installation, and configuration of same, SQL Server Database Maintenance, data loading, backup, and purging
• General duties such as installing operating system service packs and maintaining user accounts and deploying system and file updates
• Participation in upgrades, maintenance releases and service packs is expected
• Assisting customer network and IT staff in supplying initial technical support to end-users, the resident will coordinate with Hexagon Support Analysts when resolving system and software issues
• Informal training for customer staff in system administration activities as well as maintaining detailed documentation on the system and configuration will also be required
• Actual end-user training is not within the scope of this position
