PURPOSE
We need a motivated individual to support our training activities as part of the Sales and Commercial Excellence program. The role will be primarily responsible for end-to-end training management and data reporting for the global Sales team. You need to collaborate with the learning team and our audience to ensure smooth operations.
Please note there is no travel involved and the support you provide will be behind the scenes, but crucial to our team’s operations. At the same time, we are planning major automation of the entire process, and you will be important part of the project team that will be designing and implementing the automation.
What will you do
Help organize virtual and in-person training programs for a diverse team of participants across all GEOs.
Sending Invitations
Acceptance status tracking in Ongoing sheet
Sending reminders
Prework tracking
Attendance marking
Post work tracking
Certificates release to participants
Roster update
Assist on training data management to keep data updated
Excel skills to Vlookup, Pivot tables
Maintain the training calendar for the global sales training program
Update the calendar on Sharepoint
Basic LMS tasks
Run completion reports
Update course completion
Update roster for completed workshops
Misc.
Reviews for e-learning
Presentation design
Hub content updates
EXPERIENCE
Graduate with an interest in knowledge management, training, marketing, and data analysis, and reporting. Your role is yours to shape. You bring your experience, fresh outlook, and eagerness and we will help you grow. There will be opportunities to grow into the field of content creation and instructional design if you so wish; or into detailed analysis and reporting to support our wider Sales Operations team in their endeavours to manage the Sales process and transformation.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree
Intermediate PPT and Excel skills are a must
Basic project management
