Marketing Product Specialist – Kiehl’s – Luxe DivisionAbout the RoleAs a Marketing Product Specialist, you will play a central role in driving the success of our product portfolio. You will oversee the entire product marketing lifecycle, from launch planning to performance analysis and continuous optimization. This role requires a highly organized, data-driven individual with strong project management skills and a passion for skincare, makeup, or fragrance.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launches & Promotions• Develop and execute tailored launch plans and promotional strategies for the market.• Analyze launch opportunities to define the optimal offer and formats.• Manage local sets, GWPs, and promotional tools in collaboration with the Activation and Supply teams.• Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and stock arrival to ensure seamless execution.• Coordinate product code creation and track the delivery of POS materials and stock.Performance & Analysis• Provide weekly/monthly sales and campaign performance reports to stakeholders.• Analyze activation data and share actionable insights.• Prepare NPD/Circana reports to identify market share opportunities.Planning & Merchandising• Manage add/delete processes in collaboration with the commercial team.• Validate assortment plans and planograms in partnership with the Merchandising team.Product Management• Develop pricing strategies based on market analysis and competitive insights.• Oversee portfolio rationalization and ensure product compliance with local regulations.• Optimize product pages (PDPs) for D2C and e-retail platforms in collaboration with the Digital Content Manager.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Retail sell-out performance.• Launch and promotional effectiveness.• Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory management.• Forecast accuracy.• Product margins.What We Are Looking ForRequired Skills & Experience• Proven experience in product marketing• Strong analytical skills and expertise in marketing KPIs.• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.• Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of urgency, and ability to influence laterally.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a deep understanding of the beauty market.Additional Pluses• Experience working with agencies or demand planning systems.We are committed to ensuring inclusive recruitment processes and promoting the ethical and equitable hiring and development of every candidate.
