Unit Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Led business intelligence efforts for Patina Group, delivering actionable insights from transactional sales data using advanced analytics 
  • Designed and maintained Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and drive strategic decision-making across departments 
  • Developed labor optimization models and staffing dashboards to support efficient workforce planning 
  • Built scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for pricing, menu engineering, and demand forecasting 
  • Integrated multiple data sources to inform competitive pricing strategies through cost analysis and market trend evaluation 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or similar field; master's degree preferred  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or restaurant industries  
  • Experience in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R 
  • Experience in data warehousing tools such as SQL  
  • Experience in data visualization tools; Tableau preferred  
  • Prior experience with point of sales systems preferred
