Responsibilities:- Led business intelligence efforts for Patina Group, delivering actionable insights from transactional sales data using advanced analytics
- Designed and maintained Tableau dashboards to visualize KPIs and drive strategic decision-making across departments
- Developed labor optimization models and staffing dashboards to support efficient workforce planning
- Built scalable predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions for pricing, menu engineering, and demand forecasting
- Integrated multiple data sources to inform competitive pricing strategies through cost analysis and market trend evaluation
- Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or similar field; master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, or similar function, working in a fast-paced environment; preferably in hospitality or restaurant industries
- Experience in analytics and predictive tools such as Advanced Excel and R
- Experience in data warehousing tools such as SQL
- Experience in data visualization tools; Tableau preferred
- Prior experience with point of sales systems preferred
