As an Enterprise Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and grow the relationship between the agency and the client. You will be the primary client advocate within the agency, ensuring that all deliverables align with client expectations, business objectives, and industry best practices. This includes leading the development, implementation, monitoring, reporting and optimization of campaigns for your portfolio of Enterprise Clients across all omni-channel service lines including digital advertising, DTC strategies and tactics, Amazon, creative strategy & development, email/sms, organic social, and retail media. You will manage the holistic strategy and develop a clear narrative for each client and ensuring business outcomes and success factors. Strong analytical skills are required, including significant experience with scenario planning, projections and real time performance tracking. You will operate as both leader and collaborator to ensure your strategy and vision is implemented successfully, evaluated accurately and proactively adjusted to drive success. This role is US-based.
Key Responsibilities:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise-level accounts, developing trusted and strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
-Lead cross-functional teams, including media, creative, analytics, and functional specialists, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns.
-Define and oversee project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client goals and agency capabilities.
-Represent the voice of the client advocating client needs, quality standards and best practices, ensuring scopes are fulfilled in a timely and consistent manner.
-Represent the voice of the consumer, developing holistic strategies and tactical recommendations that resonate in the market and achieve client goals supported with data and insights.
-Represent the agency, protecting Blue Wheel interests, managing scope creep, resource management, good financial stewardship of billing, expenses and profitability. Protect/advocate for the team, identify opportunities to grow and deepen client relationships.
-Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to cross-sell and expand capabilities and revenue with the agency.
-Deepen client relationships by pushing into client organizations, facilitating top-to-top executive connections, and expanding connections with a variety of stakeholders.
Utilize regular client 1:1s to strengthen connections, solicit feedback and mitigate issues.
-Ensure all client work meets the agency’s high standards of quality, accuracy, and performance excellence.
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and extract actionable insights to guide client strategy.
-Proven experience with media mix modeling and scenario planning, including but not limited to bottoms up and top-down forecasting, to inform media investment decisions
-Ability to translate media & commerce data into clear, strategic narratives for clients, using a mix of analysis and creative problem-solving to report on key performance metrics, proactively addressing any challenges or opportunities
-Lead or facilitate all major presentations and discussions, coordinating SME attendance, contributions and content as needed.
-Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support new business pitches and onboarding processes as well as renewals and organic growth opportunities.
-Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to provide strategic counsel to clients. Demonstrate a finger on the pulse of the industry and knowledge of clients’ business, category & consumer.
Desired Skills & Experience:
·10+ years of experience successfully managing performance marketing scopes for enterprise clients
·7+ years of direct experience in DTC-omni-channel Marketing
·1-2 years of experience within Retail Media (Criteo, Instacart, Walmart.com, etc)
·2+ years direct experience in Full-Service Amazon, Amazon Advertising
·Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration
·Experience managing financial reporting and P&L/account level resourcing
·Obsessed with client experience and problem solving; excessive attention to detail
·High EQ and social awareness; ability to manage executive level discussions with clients
·Ability to lead through influence, fostering teamwork, and driving results without direct authority
·Self-driven with the ability to drive priorities independently; excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously
·Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment
·Experience in consumer products is required; CPG, fashion, beauty, and home experience is a plus
