Summary:
The Associate Director of Systems & Outcomes guides a team managing outcomes collection, career logistics, marketing, tech, and operations. The successful candidate will oversee the strategy for coordinating these functions in service of the Kogod career team and our constituents. This position will also directly manage an internal Kogod recruiting platform, serve as a liaison for university-wide recruiting platforms, create and maintain internal reporting and metrics dashboards, and coordinate outcomes collection in compliance with reporting standards and in collaboration with Kogod’s data team.
Essential Functions:
1.) Leadership and Management
Develop annual and long-term strategic plans and guide efforts of staff.
Provide effective leadership and supervision to the marketing/tech/career logistics/ops team, including FT staff, to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Contribute to strategic planning efforts by providing insights, recommendations, and data-driven analysis related to recruiting and career development services.
Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, regular feedback sessions, and performance evaluations, to support professional growth and development of team members.
Identify training and professional development needs for the team and coordinate relevant training opportunities to enhance their skills and expertise.
Foster collaboration and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders including OIRA, Kogod’s marketing and events teams, the events/ops staff, vendors, and others.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data management, metrics and reporting, and student engagement.
Participate in professional development workshops, conferences, and training sessions, and implement new strategies or techniques learned.
2.) Systems Management
Provide comprehensive 12Twenty Administration and oversee management of all Kogod career-related platforms.
Serve as 12Twenty administrator facilitating account access, conducting CRM imports, trouble-shooting account access, and maintaining relevant documentation.
Collaborate with directors and leadership to establish usage and adoption roadmaps for internal systems used for operations and by students for career related activities.
Develop training plans and materials specific to career development, for example videos, summary sheets, SOPs, etc.
To ensure effective adoption of new tools and features, and effective usage of technologies.
Coordinate with team to conduct training for staff, faculty, and students on platforms.
Conduct in-person and virtual training for students, faculty, staff, recruiters, etc. Including online tutorials and webinars.
Ensure staff have necessary access to Kogod and campus-wide tech systems relevant to their roles (e.g. Eagleservice).
3.) Reporting
Manage metrics and reporting to track alignment with goals and objectives.
Create and manage usage reports and maintain internal metrics dashboards tracking office’s progress towards strategic priorities.
Manage data integrity, regularly conducting d-duplication and quality control review.
Create weekly and monthly reports on key metrics (i.e. student engagement and satisfaction, student preparedness and employer satisfaction, office’s impact on outcomes) and share with relevant stakeholders including leadership, program directors, faculty etc.
Coordinate collection of student outcomes information in compliance with standards and in coordination with Kogod data team as well as internal team.
Maintain centralized surveys and forms (Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, etc.) in coordination with directors and leadership and create and deploy overall strategy for surveying and collecting feedback.
Facilitate special projects, serve on committees, etc. as needed.
Supervisory Responsibility:
The incumbent will supervise the following positions: Assistant Director, Marketing & Technology and Assistant Director, Career Events & Operations.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Full-Time.
35 hours per week.
The hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday with some evening/weekend hours.
Salary Range:
$90,000 to $100,000 commensurate with experience.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree.
10+ years of relevant experience.

Excellent attention to detail with strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding oral, written, and interpersonal communication; problem solving; diplomacy; and leadership skills.
Proven ability to use technology to analyze data, manage projects, and facilitate decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and develop productive working relationships with multiple constituencies (students, faculty, staff, alumni, and employers).
Knowledge of/experience in marketing, events, tech, and operations.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master's degree.
12Twenty Management.
Experience leading student outcomes collection in a business school.
Familiarity with CSEA and NACE standards.
Travel Required:
Position requires domestic and international travel.
