What You'll Be Doing
- Provides administrative support to the People Operations team
- Coordinates recruiting efforts, including reviewing requisitions and sourcing candidates
- Coordinates and conducts phone screens for potential candidates
- Coordinates in person interviews for candidates as needed
- Posts open positions on internal and external job board sites
- Coordinates and completes new employee onboarding process, including background checks and drug screens for candidates, and completing and ensuring that onboarding checklist is completed in a timely and thorough manner
- Prepares for New Hire Orientation by creating binders, power point presentations, working closely with Compliance and IT, and coordinating presenters and lunch activities (if applicable)
- Update and maintain employee personnel files within Workday
- Coordinates employee engagement committee to organize employee events
- Assists HR team and management with creating training processes for all employees on a variety of matters
- Ensure employees are completing their new hire and annual compliance training
- Assists with creating job descriptions and ensuring that all forms are updated and consistent in format
- Assist the Chief People Officer with various administrative tasks and functions as needed
- Must be able to communicate well with all levels of Staff, Supervisor, Leadership, including physicians, and associates as well as being able to maintain and protect confidential matters.

What We Expect from You
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
- Workday experience preferred
- Must be capable of using all aspects of Microsoft Office
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
