As an Upstream Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our upstream projects. This dynamic position combines executive administrative duties with analytical responsibilities. You will compile and present progress reports, manage expense reports and executive calendars, coordinate travel and catering, oversee database maintenance, analyze budgets and G&A expenses, and support upstream engineering technicians. Your organizational and communication skills will be essential in collaborating with various departments and ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks. Responsibilities/Expectations:
Provides comprehensive administrative support to leadership, including managing executive calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and handling confidential information to ensure smooth and efficient operation
Compiles and presents reports on upstream project progress, and support AFE, invoice, and Workday approvals to ensure timely completion of logistical tasks
Oversees expense report preparation and submission, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while managing and coordinating executive schedules
Plans and books travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring efficient and cost-effective travel
Maintains office supply inventory, place orders, and organize catering services for meetings and events
Oversees database maintenance to ensure data integrity and accessibility
Analyzes and monitors budgets, providing insights and reports, and track G&A expenses to identify trends and recommend cost management strategies
Supports upstream engineering technicians, collaborate with FP&A for financial planning and analysis, and perform Aries-related analyses to provide insights and recommendations
Education/Years of Experience:
Required: High school diploma or GED; a minimum five (5) years’ experience supporting executive management and/or analyst experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree
Other Requirements
Demonstrates excellent organization/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
Strong analytical skills are required to monitor and analyze
Needs advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills, including Microsoft Teams
Excellent time management skills, including the coordination of executive meetings, calendars and travel
Demonstrates ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
