About Our Client
A highly organized and detail-oriented individual is sought to join the team as an Administrative Assistant. This critical role involves ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities by performing a wide range of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a dedication to exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and sorting mail
- Keep company files, databases, and records organized and up-to-date
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination, such as booking venues, ordering supplies, and managing logistics
- Handle customer inquiries and deliver outstanding customer service
- Aid in bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
