This position is located on site in our River Oaks Houston Branch at 4411 San Felipe St. Houston, TX 77027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between members and the Credit Union, providing information regarding accounts and services.
• Perform routine transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Open and maintain accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Conduct interviews for loan applicants and process applications, analyzing credit history and background information.
• Cross-sell various credit union products and services to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist members with electronic services and promote features such as online banking.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is $18- $22 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role or in customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze member needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to outstanding service and teamwork.
