Ich stelle den zuverlässigen und hochverfügbaren Betrieb einer wichtigen Plattform für energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse sicher und bin dabei wichtige Ansprechpartner*in für alle betrieblichen Belange.   


Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz macht die Energiewende möglich. Dabei sind die Kolleg*innen und Stakeholder auf hochverfügbare Applikationen angewiesen, um zentrale energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse abzubilden und zu verfolgen. Durch die Digitalisierung steigen die Anforderungen stetig. An dieser Stelle übernehme ich Verantwortung und setze mich für einen reibungslosen Betrieb im Sinne der „You build it, you run it“-Grundsätze ein.

 

Meine Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche im Überblick:

  • Planung, Optimierung und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs einer Plattform für energiewirtschaftliche Prozesse,
  • Change-, Incident- und Problem-Management nach ITIL in einem komplexen technologischen und fachlichen Umfeld,
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der Plattform und primärer technische*r Ansprechpartner*in für die Anbindung von internen und externen Partnern,
  • Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Deployments und Konfigurationen, Installation von Updates und Patches,
  • Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen,
  • Enge fachbereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere zu den Teams der IT-Infrastruktur und der IT Sicherheit innerhalb der Elia Gruppe. 

50Hertz betreibt kritische Infrastruktur und die entsprechenden Applikationen müssen hochverfügbar sein. Daher bin ich bereit, an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) zur Sicherstellung des übergreifenden operativen Betriebs teilzunehmen. Das umfasst ca. 4 Wochen pro Jahr, in denen ich bei ad-hoc Problemen erreichbar bin und Lösungen koordiniere.

Mein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,
  • Erfahrung im Service Betrieb (DevOps, CI/CD) komplexer Webplattformen (Microservices, Applikationsserver, Datenbanken, Middleware, Message Queues) idealerweise in verteilten Umgebungen,
  • Kenntnisse des ITIL-basierten Servicemanagements (insbesondere im Change- und Incident-Management),
  • Erfahrungen in der IT-Providersteuerung,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:     

  • Erfahrungen mit Cloud Native Umgebungen (Containerization & Orchestration, Configuration Management) und etablierten Technologien,
  • Erfahrungen mit spezifischen Tools und Technologien (Java, Spring Boot, Octopus Deploy, Jira/Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket, Nexus, Azure DevOps, Camunda),
  • Energiewirtschaftliche Erfahrungen und/oder Knowhow im KRITIS-Umfeld.
