Position Overview

As a 24x7 Application Support Analyst at Totalmobile, you'll play a pivotal role in providing 2nd line support for our bespoke products built on SQL, Azure, and AWS technologies. This brand-new position offers a unique opportunity to delve into a wide array of technologies, laying a solid foundation for diverse career paths within Totalmobile and beyond. You will be working from 6 pm to 6 am over three days with four days off. Weekend cover will also be required.

Key Responsibilities

As a 24x7 Application Support Analyst at Totalmobile, you'll ensure seamless customer experiences. You'll be responsible for promptly logging and addressing customer queries via various channels, applying your technical prowess to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Additionally, you'll maintain thorough records and documentation to uphold our commitment to service excellence.


Essential Criteria

You will have at least 1 year of experience working in a technical or application support role. You will be educated to at least A-level or the equivalent. You must have previously worked with MS SQL database queries. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to explain technical issues in layman’s terms. You must be able to commute to our office in Rochdale for product training etc.
