Toku’s mission is to help companies engage with their customers efficiently. We have helped companies move all their voice communications to the cloud and help them engage with their customers no matter where their employees are working.

Toku is currently getting into scale-up mode. We want to continue creating momentum for our products in the APAC regions and help customers with their communications needs. We are now looking for a design manager to take our brand to the next level.

What will you be doing?

Working in conjunction with the rest of the marketing team and reporting directly to our Head of Marketing, you will manage the brand’s design and ensure consistency (look and feel) across all business areas. You'll collaborate with third-party designers and other teams to craft the visual identity behind some of the most important, exciting, and creative initiatives at Toku.

• Assets: Support online/offline campaigns with graphic assets to ensure our message captivates our audience while ensuring brand coherence—videos, infographics, animations, visuals for events, etc.
• Provide creative direction for initiatives like videos, product demos, virtual events, in-person events, and podcasts.
• Work closely with Product Marketing to design marketing collaterals that will be used to educate our prospects on our solutions.
• Own the creative direction of our website. Design all the assets and work with any third party to ensure the visual branding is consistent across different channels.
• Leverage third-party designers or agencies to complete projects and ensure all design requests are met within the given timeline.
• Work closely with different stakeholders to create PowerPoint presentations that make our content easy to understand.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional design experience, with a robust portfolio that showcases design and conceptual problem-solving.
• A skillset that spans digital, brand, print, and campaign design.
• Experience with website design.
• Ability to work on and create illustrations.
• Animation experience is a plus
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, PowerPoint, After Effects (bonus)
• Start date: ASAP and based in Europe is preferred.
