We‘re looking for a person to fill the Delivery Manager position.

The person in this position will be responsible for coordinating the cooperation with clients on a variety of projects and will maintain good relationships with our clients, cooperate with internal Recruitment and Delivery departments, and manage our contractors.

You can expect:

• Establishing productive, trusting, and professional relationships with key people within our Client's organizations
• Working on our portfolio of selected projects
• Team building and team management
• Being responsible for capacity planning, project documentation management, project data verification & analysis, status reports and risks
• Managing rotation on the project - finding a replacement for the candidate and salary rise proceeding
  
  

Requirements

• Min. 6 years of relevant experience in similar positions
• Very good knowledge of SDLC and project management-related methodologies and tools (classical, Agile)
• Past experience as Project Manager or Agile Coach/Scrum Master
• Familiarity with industry best practices and ability to provide consulting to the clients
• Past experience working in international environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to effectively interact with the team and customer representatives aslong with problem solving attitude
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking and proactivity with the ability to work autonomously
• Eagerness to support organization growth and upselling
• Experience with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Jira/Azure DevOps
• Team player attitude, propriety and diligence
• Excellent English skills - min. C1 level
• Availability to work in flexible schedule - attending meetings in late afternoon or during the evening from time to time is possible
