We’re looking for a recruiter who believes great hiring is great matchmaking — and that the right people in the right roles can transform care for the communities we serve.
In this role, you won’t just fill seats. You’ll build the talent pipelines that make better healthcare possible, and you’ll be the reason strong clinicians choose Pacific Health Group over everywhere else they could go. This is not a desk-only role. Expect a true 50/50 split between field and desk work. If your ideal week is limited to LinkedIn searches and virtual outreach, this is not the right fit.
We are looking for someone who shows up — at workforce development centers, career fairs, community college campuses, job clubs, workforce partner events, union halls, community centers, and local organizations. Many of our strongest hires come from in-person connections, not job boards.

Pacific Health Group is committed to fairness, equity, and transparency in our hiring practices. We use AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools to help match candidate resumes against our job descriptions, focusing on qualifications, skillsets, and location.
