Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research key decision-makers, including CEOs, Managing Directors, CFOs, CHROs, and Business Heads, through various online and professional sources.

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, introduce company solutions, and qualify prospective clients.

Schedule qualified meetings for the Sales team with potential clients across large corporates and SME segments.

Achieve daily activity targets by making 60-70 calls and securing an average of 6 meetings per day.

Build and maintain a robust prospect database by continuously adding and updating relevant contacts.

Prepare and share daily MIS reports, including call outcomes, meeting status, and new prospects added to the database.

Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support pipeline generation and contribute towards monthly business and revenue targets.
Key Requirements:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and telephonic probing skills.
Ability to build rapport with prospects and qualify business opportunities.
Proficient in maintaining MIS reports and CRM/database management.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
