Job requirements

Experience Range: With 7 to 10 years of experience in project and delivery management, including demonstrated success managing complex programs and cross-functional teams Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards
  • Develop, track, and manage Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring clear scope definition and effective scope control throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project performance using analytics and reporting tools, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Manage project P&L, overseeing budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and accurate revenue projections
  • Drive program management activities across large-scale engagements, coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
  • Handle escalations promptly, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Forecast and track revenue, collaborating with finance and leadership to ensure accurate projections and optimize business impact
  • Mentor and manage project team members, fostering a high-performance culture and facilitating professional development
    • Required Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in project analytics and reporting tools
  • Expertise in SOW creation, scope tracking, and change management
  • Strong knowledge of P&L management and financial forecasting methodologies
  • Hands-on experience in program management for large-scale delivery engagements
  • Proficiency in revenue forecasting and tracking for complex projects
  • In-depth understanding of escalation management processes and resolution strategies
  • Experience with resource allocation and cross-functional team management
  • Skilled in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
  • Comprehensive knowledge of delivery management frameworks and best practices
    • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies
  • Familiarity with cloud service delivery and SaaS environments
  • Expertise in risk management and compliance for enterprise projects
  • Proficiency in advanced data analytics for project performance optimization
  • Knowledge of contract management and vendor negotiation
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement frameworks
    • Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification
