We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for German Speaking Customer Support Representatives to work for Booking.com with a paid relocation package to Greece . This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer service within the travel and hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support to German-speaking customers using Booking.com’s platform via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with booking inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and other service-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about Booking.com’s products, services, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and booking platforms is a plus.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- No experience needed, but willingness to learn!
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
