We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Regional Fleet Management team across Germany, Netherlands, and Austria. This role is critical to ensuring world-class safety standards for our AMZL vehicles while maintaining operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development

Independently lead and manage a team of 8-15 Regional Fleet Managers across multiple remote locations

Design and implement optimal team structures to meet long-term business objectives
Fleet Operations & Compliance
-
Own daily fleet compliance execution across the region

Ensure world-class safety standards for all vehicles on the road

Monitor and improve comprehensive fleet health and compliance metrics
-
This leader can work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Strategic Planning & Execution

Distill diverse inputs from large customer segments and communicate a clear vision

Execute strategic initiatives and achieve consensus on priorities

Design mechanisms that drive process improvements in high-impact areas
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment to solve complex business problems
-
Influence external vendors and partner with internal teams to deliver solutions
-
Remove blockers affecting vehicle safety or efficiency through creative problem-solving
Position can also be based in Luxembourg.
Basic Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field

Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
-
Experience in people and stakeholder management

Experience leading and collaborating with a large cross-functional team
-
Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders

Speak, write, and read fluently in English
Preferred Qualifications

Speak, write, and read fluently in German

Experience in operations management
