In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries from German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information and assistance regarding products and services.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage difficult situations professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and standard office tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria with paid relocation assistance provided.
