Job Description
The CPFR Analyst gathers, cleans and analyzes sell-out and inventory data to produce weekly/monthly forecasts and replenishment prompts, ensuring smooth coordination between commercial, operations and finance teams.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Maintaining data integrity and reconciling disparate sources under tight deadlines
- Adapting quickly to demand swings and promotional shifts
- Translating technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Upholding rigorous documentation and planning-cycle discipline amid ad-hoc requests
- Continuously learning and integrating new forecasting tools without disrupting ongoing processes
- Managing a minority of administrative sales tasks, such as updating CRM records and processing order paperwork
- Cataloging new items in the client’s system—entering product attributes, codes and eligibility details so each SKU is active and available for purchase.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- A professional with 1 to 2 years of experience in CPFR/sales and a strong background in analytics and quantitative methods.
- Focused on data management and analysis to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and the inventory replenishment process.
- Experience in tracking KPIs, creating and developing dashboards, and working with databases or programming languages will be highly valued.
- Advanced Excel,
- Degree in statistics/mathematics or business administration/economics,
- Advanced English,
- analytical mindset, negotiation skills, effective communication
