Senior Designer presso Fifth Element

Fifth Element is looking for a Mid–Senior Designer who’s all about the details. Not big campaign swings—this role is about building brands that hold together in the real world, especially in the highly regulated pharma space. 

You’ll create and scale visual systems that work everywhere—brand books, style guides, and design frameworks that keep things consistent across audiences You know how to make smart design decisions within constraints and still make the work feel sharp, clear, and intentional. 

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve brand systems for pharma and healthcare brands 
• Create brand guidelines, style sheets, and scalable design frameworks 
• Help establish visual consistency across channels and audiences 
• Turn strategy and MLR requirements into clean, usable design systems 
• Work closely with creative, account, and MLR teams to get it right 
• Deliver polished, detail-driven work—every time 
• Build and help maintain Figma libraries 

Requirements

• 4–7 years of design experience (pharma/healthcare a plus, though not a must) 
• Strong portfolio focused on brand systems, not just campaigns 
• Experience building brand books and scalable design systems 
• Advanced Figma skills (components, libraries, systems thinking, responsive design) 
• Strong typography, layout, and visual craft 
• Comfortable working within MLR/regulatory constraints 
• Detail-obsessed and highly organized 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word) for brand templatization 
• Able to manage multiple projects without losing consistency 

Pay Range- $110,000 - $130,000
