Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients, handling product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to German-speaking customers regarding electronic products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, product information, and order inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to resolve complex issues effectively.
- Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends to offer accurate guidance.
- Offer feedback to continuous improvement initiatives enhancing customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in the electronics sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
