Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking proficient German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading household electronics company in Greece. The role involves providing excellent customer support to German-speaking clients, assisting them with product information, technical support, and after-sales service.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding household electronics products.
- Assist customers with product usage guidance, troubleshooting, warranty inquiries, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product features, company policies, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service quality and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the electronics or household appliances sector.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
