We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of multifamily properties. This role requires a strong balance of operational expertise, tenant relationship management, and financial oversight, with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences and maximizing property performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of assigned multifamily communities, ensuring smooth and efficient management.

Coordinate all aspects of tenant move-ins and move-outs, including inspections, maintenance, vendor scheduling, key management, and security deposit processing.

Foster positive resident relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Develop, manage, and monitor operating budgets, ensuring alignment with ownership goals and financial targets.

Partner with Leasing and Marketing teams to host marketing events.

Prepare and deliver regular client reports (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).

Conduct routine property inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall condition within budget guidelines.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal housing regulations, including Fair Housing laws.

Identify recurring resident concerns and implement solutions to improve safety, satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Manage vendor relationships, including bidding, contracting, and overseeing projects to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Utilize property management software (AppFolio) to manage resident data, maintenance requests, contracts, and reporting.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.

At least 2 years of property management or related experience.

Solid understanding of the Fair Housing Act and applicable local regulations.

Proficiency with property management systems (AppFolio preferred) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between properties.
