Your role and responsibilities

As an Application Architect for SAP NextGen Technical Innovation, you will provide architecture, design, and SME support during sales and delivery of complex technical solutions involving various SAP components. You will leverage your expertise to drive solution delivery and collaborate with clients to meet their technical needs. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design Technical Solutions: Provide architecture and design support for complex technical solutions involving SAP components such as SAP BTP, SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, and SAP UI5, ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical feasibility. • Deliver SME Support: Offer subject matter expertise during sales and delivery of technical solutions, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to address technical queries and concerns. • Develop Solution Architecture: Develop and maintain solution architectures for SAP-based solutions, incorporating components like SAP Mobile Platform, SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence. • Collaborate with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, providing guidance and support to ensure successful solution delivery. • Ensure Technical Feasibility: Assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.

Required technical and professional expertise

• SAP Technical Solution Design: Experience with designing and architecting complex technical solutions involving SAP components such as SAP BTP, SAP Portal, SAP Fiori, and SAP UI5, ensuring alignment with client requirements and technical feasibility. • SAP Component Expertise: Experience in providing subject matter expertise for SAP components including SAP Mobile Platform, SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence. • Solution Architecture Development: Experience with developing and maintaining solution architectures for SAP-based solutions, incorporating multiple SAP components. • Technical Feasibility Assessment: Experience in assessing the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies. • SAP-Based Solution Delivery: Experience with delivering technical solutions involving SAP components, collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to address technical queries and concerns.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• SAP Leonardo Technologies: Experience with SAP Leonardo technologies such as IoT, Blockchain, and Machine Learning is beneficial for driving innovation and delivering cutting-edge solutions. • SAP Manufacturing Solutions: Familiarity with SAP manufacturing solutions, including SAP MII, SAP ME, and SAP OEE, can enhance ability to develop comprehensive solution architectures. • Advanced SAP Components: Knowledge of advanced SAP components, such as SAP Cloud Platform Mobile Services, can support the development of innovative mobile solutions.
