Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual to support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives at Aethos Mallorca, including the hotel, Aethos Club Palma, and its membership community.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong visual sensibility and a genuine interest in hospitality, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.
Responsabilidades
Assist in content creation (Canva, basic photo/video editing, captions)
Coordinate with internal teams (F&B, Events, Guest Experience, Membership) to gather content and information
Support influencer collaborations (research, outreach, coordination)
Assist with PR and press activities (handling requests, coordinating visits, follow-up)
Support event communication and on-site content creation (Club events, brunches, activations)
Upload and organize content across platforms (Meta, Google, CRM)
Assist with performance tracking and reporting
Requisitos
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or social media (open to more experienced profiles seeking a part-time role)
Strong eye for content and aesthetics, especially within a natural, lifestyle-driven approach
Interest in community, events, and lifestyle brands (beyond traditional hospitality)
Proficiency in Canva (Adobe is a plus)
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Proactive mindset with initiative and willingness to contribute ideas
Fluent in Spanish and English
