Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients regarding technology products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical and other internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay informed about product updates, technology trends, and best practices to offer knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the technology sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Good problem-solving capabilities and ability to handle technical queries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
