Description

At Shiftmove, we’re building the next generation of connected mobility products that help businesses across Europe make smarter, data-driven decisions. Our platform turns complex fleet and mobility operations into clear insights – empowering our customers to save time, reduce costs, and scale sustainably. We’re always keen to connect with Product & Design professionals who are curious, driven, and excited about building long-term careers in B2B SaaS – even if the right role isn’t open just yet.

By joining our Product & Design Talent Community, you’ll stay on our radar as we grow. When new opportunities open across our Product & Design teams, we’ll reach out directly if there’s a strong match.

Please note: This is a Talent Community, not a live job opening. You may not be contacted immediately, but your profile will be reviewed as new roles become available.

What working in Product & Design at Shiftmove looks like

Our Product & Design teams are at the core of how we build impactful, scalable solutions for our customers. We operate in empowered, cross-functional product trios – Product, Design, and Engineering – with clear ownership over problem spaces and outcomes.

Depending on the team and product, the responsibilities might look like this:

  • Own problem spaces end-to-end: Teams are responsible for discovery through delivery, identifying the right problems, validating solutions, and driving measurable impact.
  • Deeply understand our users and customers: We stay close to the reality of fleet operators and businesses by combining direct customer conversations, usage data and behavioral insights, and continuous discovery practices
  • Focus on outcomes, not output: We align around clear goals (e.g. activation, retention, revenue impact) and give teams the autonomy to decide how to achieve them.
  • Collaborate closely across disciplines: Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers work as equal partners, shaping solutions together, not handing off requirements.
  • Build for scale across our platform: We think beyond individual features, contributing to a cohesive product ecosystem that serves a growing European customer base.
  • Continuously improve how we work: We invest in our product culture, tooling, and processes, creating an environment where teams can do their best work.
