National Star Services is a 26-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Full-Time Janitor to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of all common areas within a luxury high-rise residential condominium in Chicago, IL 60610.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to perform physical tasks efficiently. As well as ensuring that residents and guests experience a consistently clean, safe, and welcoming environment aligned with high standards of service.

Job Responsibilities:
‣ Clean and maintain lobby, hallways, elevators, and other shared spaces on a daily basis.
‣ Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to preserve a high-end appearance.
‣ Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, railings, and elevator panels.
‣ Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, fitness center, resident lounges, and other amenities.
‣ Empty trash and recycling bins; transport waste to designated disposal areas.
‣ Clean and organize mailroom and package handling areas.
‣ Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and restroom materials.
‣ Identify and report maintenance issues (lighting, leaks, damages, safety hazards).
‣ Ensure stairwells and emergency exits are clean and unobstructed.
‣ Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
From 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (40 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $21.76 / hour
Bi-weekly pay.

Requirements:
• Per our client’s request, Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
• Must have previous experience with commercial or industrial cleaning.
• Ability to lift up to 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
(standing, bending, walking for extended periods).
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• A background check will be conducted prior to employment.
