As a Consultant Cardiovascular Surgeon, you will be responsible for performing complex cardiovascular surgeries, managing patient care throughout the surgical journey, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced cardiovascular surgical procedures including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repairs, and other complex interventions
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with cardiologists, anesthesiologists, nursing, and allied health professionals for holistic patient management
• Engage in clinical research and continuous professional development to stay abreast of emerging surgical techniques
• Mentor and train junior medical staff and surgical residents
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and institutional policies to maintain quality and safety standards

Requirements

• Medical degree with board certification in Cardiovascular Surgery
• Proven experience in cardiovascular surgical procedures within a leading healthcare facility
• Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
• Commitment to continuous learning, research, and high-quality patient care
