Job Description

Are you a multitasking pro who loves helping people? We’re looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front office, supporting everything from new resident admissions to behind-the-scenes operations.

What You’ll Do:

• The First Impression: Greet families and answer phones with a warm, professional touch.
• Business Office Support: Meet with new residents and families to review and explain Admission Agreements, complete daily census.
• Operational Help: Assist our Central Supply team with restocking essential medical and office supplies.
• HR & Finance Support: Handle light data entry for the Payroll and Recruitment departments.
• Staffing Coordination: Work with the Staffing Department to help find coverage and ensure our floors are well-supported.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills and a "people-first" attitude.
• Strong organizational skills—you’ll be wearing many hats!
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry tasks including Excel and Google Workspace.
• Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing environment is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Shift:

Full-Time

Monday - Friday

Some weekends maybe required

8:00 am - 4:30 pm
