Job Description
Are you a multitasking pro who loves helping people? We’re looking for a versatile Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our front office, supporting everything from new resident admissions to behind-the-scenes operations.
What You’ll Do:
- The First Impression: Greet families and answer phones with a warm, professional touch.
- Business Office Support: Meet with new residents and families to review and explain Admission Agreements, complete daily census.
- Operational Help: Assist our Central Supply team with restocking essential medical and office supplies.
- HR & Finance Support: Handle light data entry for the Payroll and Recruitment departments.
- Staffing Coordination: Work with the Staffing Department to help find coverage and ensure our floors are well-supported.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills and a "people-first" attitude.
- Strong organizational skills—you’ll be wearing many hats!
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry tasks including Excel and Google Workspace.
- Experience in a healthcare or skilled nursing environment is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
Shift:
Full-Time
Monday - Friday
Some weekends maybe required
8:00 am - 4:30 pm

In addition, we maintain an abundant supply of PPE, including N95/KN95 masks, for all who provide care and services to our patients and residents. Our multiple testing capabilities, including Point-of-Care (POC) testing, are available at every location and comply with CMS and local guidance
