Role Overview:
Join a fast-growing, family-owned plumbing company as the General Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations, team supervision, customer experience, and performance optimization. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to drive operational excellence across departments. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Direct and manage daily operational workflows to ensure efficiency and seamless service delivery across all departments.
- Coordinate across teams to ensure effective communication and alignment with company goals.
- Lead and support Field Supervisors, Office Managers, CSRs, Dispatch Coordinators, and Supply Chain Coordinators to foster a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training to ensure policy adherence, optimize performance, and motivate team members.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics using ServiceTitan; implement corrective actions to ensure accountability and meet performance standards.
- Set and monitor goals for job completion rates, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
- Maintain real-time communication with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery and rapid response to any operational adjustments.
- Develop, implement, and enforce operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service quality.
- Oversee resource allocation to meet business needs, including adequate inventory and supplies management for service operations.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in ServiceTitan, including billing, invoicing, job notes, and dispatch logs.
- Monitor the accuracy and efficiency of billing, invoicing, and payment processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive a culture of feedback and improvement, leveraging technology to track progress and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Prior Plumbing or related-field experience (3+ years)
- Managerial & Operations experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency and experience with ServiceTitan
