POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Project Manager is responsible for creating cross-functional visibility, tracking, and alignment across all product-related workflows and supply chain projects. This role does not perform departmental work; instead, it acts as the operational “command center” that ensures Directors and teams have the right information, timelines, and dependencies to execute successfully.
The role builds and manages project dashboards, timelines, and communication channels (primarily in Monday.com) that connect Product Administration, Planning, Procurement, Creative, QA, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment. The Operations Project Manager ensures that launch readiness, system alignment, and operational clarity are consistently maintained across the organization
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING (MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS)
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, program management, or project coordination (CPG, manufacturing, or supplement industry preferred)
- Strong fluency in project management systems—experience building dashboards and workflows in Monday.com is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to coordinate among directors, managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level updates and structured summaries.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on accuracy, risk identification, and proactive problem solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
WHAT YOU'LL DO (OTHER ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as the primary communication bridge between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Coordinate information flow between Product Administration, Planning, Procurement, Creative, QA, Manufacturing, Fulfillment, and Executive Leadership.
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on progress, risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps.
- Consolidate product lifecycle updates into executive-ready summaries for Operations, PA, and the Chief of Staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date dashboards, trackers, and documents in Monday.com to support real-time visibility.
Operational Systems & Process Optimization
- Build, refine, and maintain standardized workflows in Monday.com to track product development, packaging changes, procurement dependencies, production readiness, and launch milestones.
- Collaborate with Directors to streamline communication between departments and reduce process friction.
- Identify inefficiencies, inconsistent workflows, and data gaps—recommending improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and cross-functional coordination.
- Partner with BA/IT teams to align operational timelines with ERP, QMS, CRM, and planning tool integrations, ensuring the right data is captured and visible to the right teams.
- Support development of clear SOPs and process maps for product lifecycle workflows.
Launch Readiness & Deliverable Coordination
- Own the master launch timelines for all new products, reformulations, packaging updates, and channel-specific programs.
- Ensure all launch components are tracked, visible, and completed on time, including:
- Pricing and item setup
- Artwork and packaging specs
- Labeling and regulatory requirements
- Procurement of materials and component readiness
- Production batching and scheduling prerequisites
- Coordinate channel-specific requirements such as:
- HSN item number requests
- QVC submissions
- Amazon listings and updates PCL.com launch content and readiness
- Support Directors by ensuring they have the accurate inputs, deadlines, and cross-functional clarity to execute their work effectively.
Project Visibility & Timeline Management
- Build integrated project plans that highlight dependencies, critical paths, and possible risk areas.
- Run weekly project syncs focused on timeline adherence, upcoming deadlines, and decision requirements.
- Ensure every team understands what is needed, by when, and from whom—reducing last-minute scrambling and misalignment.
- Maintain a centralized source of truth in Monday.com for all product timelines and operational projects.
