Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Understand client objectives and promote solutions that utilize our extensive range of promotional products
- Collaborate with suppliers to source the best products that meet client needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities within the promotional products industry
- Prepare and present proposals that effectively communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients
- Track and analyze account performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI for clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising sector
- Strong understanding of promotional products and their role in effective marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software to manage client information and sales tracking
