Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients in the AI technology sector via phone, email, and chat.

- Resolve technical issues and customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our CRM system for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI technology and company offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is beneficial.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in tech or AI-related roles, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset when addressing customer inquiries.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus.
