Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and any updates to best assist customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); English language skills are advantageous.
- Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
