In this role, you will provide vital support to our Italian-speaking clients, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively, all while contributing to a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring comprehensive and accurate responses.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and any updates to best assist customers.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Italian (both written and spoken); English language skills are advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
