We are seeking an M&A Team Lead who operates at the strategic crossroads of corporate vision and execution. In this role, you will drive complex, high-stakes M&A and capital markets transactions, coordinating every phase to ensure alignment with the company’s long-term growth strategy. Responsibilities
- Deal origination & pitching: Support the Head of Investment in identifying and originating new deal opportunities, leveraging industry networks, and creating high-impact pitch books and marketing materials.
- End-to-end transaction management: Lead and support the full lifecycle of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, from initial due diligence to final SPA execution.
- Financial modeling & valuation: Oversee development of sophisticated financial models and provide critical review of valuation sensitivities to ensure accuracy under various market conditions.
- Deal structuring & advisory: Partner with legal and financial advisors to design optimal transaction structures that meet client objectives, regulatory requirements, and tax considerations.
- Negotiation leadership: Lead negotiations with investors and third parties, including SPA markups and deal structuring discussions.
- Strategic counsel: Provide proactive, actionable insights to senior management based on industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaboration & communication: Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external advisors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
- You have graduated in Business Administration, Renewable/infrastructure investment, M&A transactions or other relevant fields.
- You have good MS Office skills, especially in finance modeling and transactional documentation.
- You have strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
- You are results-oriented with corporate finance expertise, possessing a deep understanding of financial modeling, valuations, and investment principles.
- You are business fluent in English and basic proficiency in German; knowledge of Korean is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel for training and international projects is considered a plus
