Requirements

Formal Education & Certification:

  • University degree in computer science or information systems and/or related work experience.
  • Certifications in one or more of the following fields: Cybersecurity, Microsoft 365 Administration and Azure, Network Engineer
  • Strong working knowledge of PM methodologies and principles
  • Experience working within the sports/events technology space?

Knowledge & Experience:

  • 7 years of experience managing IT operation.
  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure strategic planning and development, project management, and policy development.
  • Strong understanding, deep technical knowledge of and working experience with network, Windows and Linux server operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards, including MS AD (Active Sr. Directory), MSSQL, MS365, Azure, AWS, Extreme Networks, Firewalls and routing protocols.
  • Experience managing SIEM, MDR and XDR solutions and vendors.
  • Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis through day-to-day management.
  • Working experience with on-prem to cloud server migration.
  • Knowledge of business theory, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems.
