Description
As a Paralegal, you will support the legal department by managing Frontiers’ corporate legal affairs across its jurisdictions. The role focuses primarily on corporate secretarial and governance matters, ensuring that Frontiers’ group entities remain compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements.
You will play a key role in maintaining corporate records, coordinating filings and signatures and liaising with external advisers. This role suits someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across jurisdictions in a fast-paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support corporate secretarial activities for Frontiers’ group entities across its different jurisdictions, including maintaining statutory records, registers, and corporate files.
- Prepare, coordinate, and manage board, shareholder, and corporate documentation, including resolutions, powers of attorney, and incorporation or restructuring documents, under supervision.
- Coordinate the collection of signatures, execution, scanning, storage, and distribution of corporate documents.
- Support the submission of official filings and statutory documents, gather relevant information, and coordinate notarisation and legalisation processes with guidance.
- Act as a point of contact with external advisers (e.g. law firms, notaries, corporate service providers) for routine corporate matters.
- Maintain corporate records as part of the legal department’s internal knowledge pages and resources.
- Provide broader administrative and operational support to the legal department as required.
Requirements
- Experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, corporate secretarial, or similar legal support role, ideally involving corporate or multi-jurisdictional work.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of recurring legal and corporate processes and see matters through to completion.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing statutory and governance documentation.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Comfortable working with limited supervision on routine corporate matters, while escalating issues appropriately.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and confident working with document management and e-signature tools.
