Your role and responsibilities
As a Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce, you will design, implement, and evaluate Salesforce solutions within the broader Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform and proficiency in various software development methodologies to drive business value.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Business Discussions: Lead business and functional discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure Salesforce implementations align with client business needs, driving efficiency, improving customer engagement, and maximizing return on investment.

Design Salesforce Solutions: Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client requirements, utilizing expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions.

Evaluate Solution Effectiveness: Evaluate the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to optimize business processes and improve customer engagement.

Drive Business Value: Drive business value through Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise to identify opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop Salesforce solutions that meet those needs.
Required technical and professional expertise

Extensive Salesforce Knowledge: Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including its features, functionality, and best practices for implementation and optimization.

Software Development Methodologies: Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, with the ability to apply them to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Solution Design and Implementation: Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet complex business requirements, with a focus on driving efficiency, improving customer engagement, and maximizing return on investment.

Business Process Optimization: Experience evaluating the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and identifying areas for improvement, with the ability to optimize business processes and improve customer engagement.

Technical Leadership: Experience leading technical discussions with clients and internal teams, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts and drive business value through Salesforce solutions.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a classified client security clearance.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Proficiency in Additional Methodologies: Experience with other software development methodologies beyond Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is beneficial for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
