Your Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently exceed targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing one-on-one coaching to improve performance and skill development.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and reports, using insights to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Assign leads, manage scheduling, and ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.
- Develop and execute regional sales initiatives to expand market presence and increase customer acquisition.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience, turning every interaction into a potential sales opportunity.
Requirements
- Ability to travel for training up to 12 weeks as required.
- Proven ability to consistently meet sales targets and drive business growth.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
