Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and creative individual to join our team as a TA Entry Level Hiring School Lead. This role is perfect for someone with a growth mindset, passionate about people, organizational development, and building strong partnerships with universities to attract top talent.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with Talent Acquisition (TA) Leaders to support Entry-Level Hiring (ELH) initiatives across multiple business units.

Build and maintain relationships with key universities to strengthen IBM’s campus presence.

Coordinate and execute our participation in career fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events.

Collaborate on creative strategies to engage students and promote IBM’s employer brand.

Support event logistics, communications, and reporting to ensure successful outcomes.
Required technical and professional expertise

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Analytical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Creativity and ability to work proactively and independently.

Ability to build partnerships and foster relationships.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred technical and professional experience

Experience using Adobe or similar tools to create banners, videos, or other marketing assets.

Previous experience managing university relations or executing recruitment events (career fairs, info sessions, etc.).
