Key Responsibilities

• Consult with homeowners about their in-home comfort needs, offering expert guidance with professionalism and confidence.
• Present tailored HVAC solutions that align with customer preferences, budget, and home specs.
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners and business clients across Central Ohio.
• Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, technicians, support staff) to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for every customer.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Apex products, services, and promotions.
• Close deals, follow through, and deliver results while keeping the customer’s needs first.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Prior HVAC or home services sales experience preferred.
• Strong communicator with a consultative, customer-centered approach.
• Technically minded able to explain HVAC systems and energy efficiency concepts in simple terms.
• Self-motivated and organized skilled at managing leads, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Experience using CRM systems and mobile sales tools.
• Positive, energetic attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check.
