Baldan Group is a European leader in beauty, pharmaceuticals, and medical aesthetics, with more than 280 sales representatives across Europe. As part of our international expansion, we are now entering the U.S. market and seeking ambitious Business Development Specialists to join our team in New York.
As a Business Development Specialist (BDS), you will:
- Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Promote Baldan Group’s aesthetic products and technologies.
- Work closely with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists and, dentists to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand client base through account management.
- Promote & sell devices and consumables.
- Conduct client meetings (in-person & online demos).
- Provide business growth support (treatment menu optimization, events).
- Train & educate clients on product usage and profitability strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for installations & training.
- Ensure fast responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years B2B sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness).
- Proven success with medical clinics, med-spas, or beauty centers.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager) & Mapsly.
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel (valid driver’s license required).
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
