Your role and responsibilities

As a Package Consultant: SuccessFactors Core HR, you will design and deploy HR technology solutions that establish key business capabilities and enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You will provide expert consulting services by understanding clients' business processes and guiding them through the implementation process.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Design and Deploy Solutions: Design and deploy HR technology solutions that meet clients' business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Provide Expert Consulting: Provide expert consulting services to clients, understanding their business processes and guiding them through the implementation process to ensure successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.

  • Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure, implement, and troubleshoot key Employee Central functions, including business rules, workflows, position management, and MDF objects.

  • Deliver Training and Support: Deliver training and support to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of SuccessFactors Core HR solutions.

  • Analyze Requirements: Analyze client requirements to design and deliver tailored SuccessFactors Core HR solutions that meet their business needs.

  • This job can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Required technical and professional expertise

  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR: Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Core HR (Employee Central platform), including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central functions.

  • Experience with EC Integrations: Experience with internal and external EC integrations, including understanding of data flows and integration protocols.

  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Modules: Experience in other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding of their functionality and integration with Employee Central.

  • Solution Design and Deployment: Deep expertise in designing and deploying HR technology solutions that meet business needs, establishing key business capabilities and enabling strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

  • Requirements Analysis and Solutioning: Experience with requirements analysis, solution design, and delivery of tailored SuccessFactors Core HR solutions that meet client business needs.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Knowledge of Additional SuccessFactors Modules: Experience with other SuccessFactors modules, including understanding of their functionality and integration with Employee Central, is beneficial for providing comprehensive solutions to clients.

  • Familiarity with Advanced EC Integrations: Exposure to complex internal and external EC integrations, including understanding of data flows and integration protocols, can enhance the ability to design and deploy integrated HR technology solutions.

  • Expertise in Advanced Solution Design: Deep expertise in designing and deploying innovative HR technology solutions that meet business needs can enable the realization of strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
