Salary: $80,000-$100,000

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supports ERP, ECM, and EDM systems. (Epicor Kinetic, DocStar, Epicor Data Analytics)

• Supports applications integrating with ERP. (Bartender, XL Connect)

• Creates and modifies Epicor BAQ, Dashboard, and BPM to establish organizational information and process solutions.

• Recommends global ERP system and operational objectives by learning intercompany workflows and country-specific requirements.

• Assesses, Designs, creates, and conducts Epicor training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.

• Recommends controls and maintains system protocols by identifying problems, writing and updating procedures, then advising and training staff on updates.

• Supports global sites’ Epicor Admins and maintains global user account security.

• Secondarily supports IT Department initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Epicor.

• Bachelor's degree or AAS with experience preferred.

• Computer skills required: Accounting Software; Internet Software; Spreadsheet Software (Excel); Inventory Software; Order Processing Systems; Word Processing Software (Word); Electronic Mail Software (Outlook); and PLM Software (Agile).
