The Role
As a Business Development Manager at Impossible Cloud Network your mission is to turn our Neocloud infrastructure into a "force multiplier" for our partners. You will identify, recruit, and enable a network of Service Providers (MSPs, AI-integrators, and SaaS builders) who will use our high-performance GPU clusters to deliver AI solutions to their end clients. You are selling to end customers and partners a model that allows third parties to scale their AI offerings without capital expenditure.
As a key contributor to our sales and marketing efforts, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and maintaining effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Your main task is to drive accelerated growth globally by relentlessly building, qualifying, and developing a high-volume, high-quality sales pipeline. The focus is on the constant generation of high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role is intended for "hunters" who love speed, discipline, and measurable results.
What you’ll do
- You will own the full sales lifecycle by relentlessly generating and managing a global (qualified) pipeline through sustained outbound activity and prospecting.
- Target high-impact outreach focusing on C-suite and senior decision-makers to initiate and develop new business relationships
- Proactively research and prioritize high-value accounts.
- Rigorously qualify opportunities and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
- Maintain disciplined momentum across all stages of the funnel.
- Represent the company at global tech hubs and AI-specific summits to build a "top-of-mind" reputation in the Neocloud community.
Qualities for Success
- 5+ years in Business Development or Channel Sales, specifically within the Cloud, Data Center, or Managed Services industry.
- Demonstrated ability to sustain high call volumes and structured outreach cadence.
- You must understand the "Neocloud stack" - the difference between CPUs and GPUs, the importance of high-bandwidth networking, and why "Bare Metal" matters for AI.
- Ability to move beyond "vendor" status to become a "strategic advisor" to a customer’s C-suite.
- Motivation to perform in a high-growth, high-expectation environment with performance-based rewards.
- Business-level English is required.
